In one week.....

Wow...it is hard to believe that next Monday night at this time we will be on one very long flight to Kenya !
We have some exciting news to share...our fellow team member, Luz Carlton, has felt led by God to join us at the last minute. Lots of racing around for her in order to complete the readiness but her steps have been ordered ....so full steam ahead !

Julie received sad news this morning out of Nairobi from our precious sister, Sabina, this morning. There was a huge fire in one of the largest slums killing 200 people. Sabina personally knew many of these people and is very sad. Please remember the survivors in prayer.

~ Donations have been steady in arriving and we continue to be blessed by the generous giving of so many.
Thank you for obeying the gentle nudges of the HS and being used as an essential part of this ministry.

As our days draw closer we covet your prayers before, during and after our trip.

Julie Peyton ~ Luz Carlton ~ Debi Forbes ~ Sabina Wanjiru (on the ground in Kenya)

~ Pray as we prepare this final week we will experience His peace and the enemy`s plans will be thwarted.
His ugly head tries to rise up but he is defeated in the name of Jesus !

~ Pray for our travel : flight times and connections, luggage to arrive with us, protection, good health, and all those we come into contact with. Love divine appointments !

~ Time zone adjustments : once in Kenya we will be 8 hours ahead of CST
~ Good health : no injuries, food sickness.
~ Pray for our families : peace, comfort and safety on them all.

~ Pray that as we lead and teach the women that out of our mouths will come the overflow of the HS and
love of Christ from our hearts.

~ Pray we will be sensitive to the HS and his leading each day to accomplish what He desires. Not our will...but Your`s Oh God ~

~ Pray our hearts will forever be changed !

Isaiah 54 reminds us to enlarge the place of our tent, to stretch, lengthen and strengthen. If we do not stretch and do things we have never done before, things that are beyond our ability, then we will never be able to advance the Cause of the Kingdom, have greater influence, or take more territory from the enemy.

He is with us,
     Debi
